Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je poskytování servisních služeb a adaptivní údržby pro vyvinuté SW aplikace Korespondence a KPM, které jsou podrobně specifikovány v Příloze č. 1a a 1b a Příloze č. 14a a 14b Smlouvy. Účelem veřejné zakázky je zajištění řádného provozu (fungování) aplikací sloužících k podpoře interních komunikačních procesů v rámci EDU II v souladu s garantovanými parametry uvedenými v Příloze č. 6 Smlouvy.
