Oppdragsgiver ønsker å inngå avtale med én leverandør om innskuddsbasert pensjonsordning inkludert risikodekninger for alle ansatte hos oppdragsgiver. Oppdragsgiver har i dag en privat innskuddspensjon i Storebrand livsforsikring AS. Pensjonsordningen skal være i samsvar med lov om foretakspensjon, herunder også lov om innskuddspensjon og lov om tjenestepensjon.
