Door Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) wordt een tijdelijke DAS ingesteld. Voor de uitvoering van de DAS wordt het digitale platform van www.flextender.nl ingezet. Via deze website kunnen partijen zich aanmelden voor de DAS. Flextender controleert nieuwe aanmeldingen op de daarvoor gestelde eisen, waaronder akkoord inschrijfvoorwaarden FLX 2026, AWVODI-2018 en verklaring UEA. Alle nadere inhuuruitvragen van HDSR worden op de website van Flextender gepubliceerd.
