Description

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has a requirement for continued enterprise event management and registration services to support the Office of Workplace Solutions/Integrated Services and Solutions Branch (OWS/ISSB). The requirement includes an event management platform capable of supporting approximately 9,500 registrations annually, along with attendee engagement and onsite check-in capabilities, Single Sign-On (SSO), API access, video storage, event branding, uncapped platform user logins, and scalability for additional registrations as needed. These capabilities support NIAID’s established event registration, attendee management, integration, and event participation activities and are required to maintain continuity of ongoing event management operations.
