Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een meerjarige overeenkomst voor de uitvoering van de accountantscontrole. Hieronder vallen de interim- en eindejaarscontrole van de jaarrekening, de uitvoering van alle wettelijk voorgeschreven werkzaamheden, inclusief de werkzaamheden die voortvloeien uit de SiSa-verantwoording (Single Information, Single Audit), het vervullen van de natuurlijke adviesfunctie zoals opgenomen in het Programma van Eisen en het afgeven van een accountantsverklaring bij de jaarrekening.
