Το κτήριο θα αναβαθμιστεί ενεργειακά με την εφαρμογή παθητικών και ενεργητικών μετρων αναβάθμισης. Θα εφαρμοστεί θερμομόνωση οροφής, αλλαγή κουφωμάτων και εξωτερικής σκιάσης και αλλαγή πόρτων. Θα εγκατασταθουν κλιματιστικά τύπου inverter για θέρμανση και κλιματισμό. Τέλος θα εγκατασταθεί Φωτοβολταϊκο σύστημα.
