Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług związanych z kompleksowym zimowym utrzymaniem dróg powiatowych na terenie powiatu karkonoskiego. Część I: zimowe utrzymanie dróg powiatowych na terenie gminy Podgórzyn. Zasady realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projekcie umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 4a do SWZ (w zakresie Części I zamówienia) oraz w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (dla wszystkich części zamówienia zbiorczo) - stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 5 do SWZ.
