Description
Predmet nabave je ručni uređaj za Ramanovu spektroskopiju u količini od osamnaest (18) komada, sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji predmeta nabave iz Priloga br. 2. i 5. ove Dokumentacije, kao i svim ostalim uvjetima navedenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji. Predmet nabave koji se isporučuje mora zadovoljavati i posjedovati sve zakonom propisane licence za korištenje. Ponuditelj se obvezuje da će izvršiti sve potrebne prethodne prijave nadležnim tijelima i izvršiti sva potrebna ispitivanja za siguran rad s predmetom nabave. Ponuditelj je obvezan dokazati jednakovrijednost ponuđene robe ukoliko je dopušteno ponuditi jednakovrijedno.
