Konstruktion, Sicherheit und Leistung der Anlage müssen mindestens den aktuellen technischen Standards entsprechen und optimalerweise Leistungsreserven bieten. Das System soll speziell für Eisenbahnoberbauversuche konzipiert sein, d.?h. für Dauer- und Schwellbelastungen an Gleisschwellen, Schienen und Schienenbefestigungen bzw. Elastomeren nach vorgegebenen Normen wie z.B. DIN EN 13146, DIN EN 13230, DIN 14730 bzw. TL der DB etwa der DBS 918235. unter realitätsnahen Bedingungen.
