De VRIJ is voornemens om voor haar wagenpark een aantal Hulpverleningsvoertuigen in twee uitvoeringen aan te schaffen: type HV-1 en type HV-2. Dit ter vervanging van de huidige Hulpverleningsvoertuigen. Hierbij wil de VRIJ maximaal gebruikmaken van de kennis in de markt en wil u uitnodigen hierin actief mee te denken om de meest recente innovaties qua techniek en technologie te betrekken c.q. te implementeren in de uitvoeringen HV-1 en HV-2. Hiermee wil de VRIJ een idee krijgen van wat er wel – en niet mogelijk is qua Hulpverleningsvoertuigen.
