EirGrid has a requirement for a support partner under a framework agreement, to support EirGrid’s operational and corporate telecoms network across the RoI and sites located in the UK and France. The services required under the framework agreement are as follows, OTN and Corporate Telecoms Management Services Network Monitoring Solution, Helpdesk, NOC, SOC and SIEM 24x7 Onsite Operational Support 24x7 Logistics 24x7 Support Asset Management, End of Life Equipment Design and Consultancy Additional Infrastructure Services Project Management, Routine Tasks and Delivery
