Description
Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzter Auftragswert von 925.500,00 Euro (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtlaufzeit von zwei (2) Jahre Vertragslaufzeit zzgl. zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein (1) Jahr ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Auftraggebers und/oder Endkunden ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volum um 50% bis zum 1,5-fachen des vorgenannten geschätzten Auftragswertes vorzunehmen (nachfolgend auch "Obergrenze" genannt). Somit ergibt sich eine Obergrenze von 1.388.250,00 Euro (netto).
