Description
Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen zur Projektsteuerung des Vorhabens "Modernisierung des Realschulstandortes am Oberen Schloss" in Siegen. Die Leistungen werden entsprechend dem "Leistungsbild Projektsteuerung", wie es in Kapitel 2 § 2 und Anhang B des von der AHO-Fachkommission "Projektsteuerung/Projektmanagement" erarbeiteten Buches "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft" (AHO-Schriftenreihe Nr. 9; 6. Auflage Mai 2025) beschrieben ist, beauftragt. Der Auftrag umfasst die Projektstufen I bis V und die Handlungsbereiche A bis E gemäß der genannten AHO-Schrift, wobei eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen ist (siehe "Angaben zu Optionen"). Neben den weitgehend übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.
