Totalrådgivning vedr. realisering af helhedsplan ifm. renovering af afd. 501 Kongsgården. Projektet består af renovering af 148 almene boliger, der er opført med offentlig støtte og er underlagt den for sådanne sager gældende lovgivning med tilhørende cirkulærer og vejledninger. Udbuddet af totalrådgiverkontrakten gennemføres som et udbud med forhandling i overensstemmelse med §§ 61-66 i Udbudsloven. Ordregiver forbeholder sig retten til at tildele opgaven på baggrund af det indledende tilbud. Krav til opgaven fremgår af udbudsmaterialet. De kontraktmæssige krav fremgår af totalrådgiverkontrakten.
