Description

HDSR wenst twee opdrachtnemers te contracteren middels ieder een afzonderlijke Raamovereenkomst. De opdracht bestaat uit de werving, selectie en contractering van tijdelijke externe inhuur. Primair gericht op deze twee segmenten: • uitzendkrachten; • detacheringskrachten. Binnen de opdracht ligt de focus op het waarborgen van continuïteit, gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen de driehoek van beide Opdrachtnemers en HDSR, gezonde concurrentie en partnership. Kenmerkend voor de opdracht is: • geen bulk- of generieke inhuur; • overwegend maatwerk en specialistische profielen; • hoge mate van variatie in opdrachten; • het tussenkomstmodel; opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor de toeleveranciers.
