Ramavtalet omfattar akuta skadebegränsande åtgärder, skadeservice och saneringsarbeten i Beställarens fastigheter. Uppdraget innefattar bland annat insatser vid vatten-, brand- och miljöskador, avfuktning, läckagesökning, rivningsarbeten, sanering samt skadeutredningar. Syftet är att snabbt begränsa skador, skydda personer och egendom samt säkerställa fortsatt drift och återställande.
