Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung einer KI-gestützten Chatbot-Lösung. Sie muss Anfragen in natürlicher Sprache verarbeiten und Antworten auf Grundlage von durch die BGE freigegebenen Informationsquellen generieren. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Bereitstellung, Einführung und den Betrieb einer Chatbot-Lö-sung einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Softwarekomponenten, Administrationsfunktionen, Wissensmanagement-Funktionen, Sicherheitsmechanismen sowie der vertraglich vereinbarten Betriebs- und Supportleistungen. Basis ist im Idealfall eine bereits verfügbare, konfigurierbare Standardlösung. Sie umfasst die Konfiguration vorhandener Standardfunktionen, die Einrichtung der vereinbarten Wissensquellen und die Einbindung einer vorhandenen Standard-Chat-Komponente in die BGE-Website.
