Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en attraktiv, profesjonell og bærekraftig kantinetjeneste for FFI Kjeller. Kantinen skal tilby mat og drikke av høy kvalitet, være et naturlig møtested for ansatte og samtidig ha en økonomisk og operasjonelt bærekraftig drift.Oppdragsgiver ønsker en leverandør som kan utvikle kantinetilbudet over tid, og som har et tydelig fokus på mat laget fra bunnen av, gode råvarer, variasjon, sesong, ernæring og god brukeropplevelse.
