Urakan kohteena on Tilaajan verkkolupa-alueella sopimuskaudella erikseen tilattavat 0,4 ja 20 kV sähkönjakeluverkon maanrakennustöihin kohdistuvat työsuoritteet Tilaajan toimittamia materiaaleja hyödyntäen. Urakkaan kuuluvien töiden osuus kattaa vuosittain Tilaajan jakeluverkon maanrakennustyöt pois lukien joitakin yksittäisiä erilliskohteita (kuten Vantaan Ratikan reitillä olevat työt). Tarjouspyyntö sisältää myös ulkovalaistus- ja kuituverkon rakentamiseen liittyviä maanrakennustöitä yhteisrakentamiskohteissa tiiviissä kaupunkiympäristössä
