Description
Die Große Kreisstadt Grimma wurde mit dem Fördergebiet "Ortsmitte Nerchau" per Bescheid der Sächsischen Aufbaubank (SAB) im Juli 2026 in das Bund-Länder-Förderprogramm "Lebendige Zentren" (LZP) aufgenommen. Der zukünftige Programmbetreuer soll als Beauftragter der Stadt gem. § 157 Abs. 1 BauGB agieren. Für die Durchführung der Gesamtmaßnahme ist ein Förderzeitraum bis 2040 vorgesehen.
