Udbuddet, der gennemføres som et begrænset udbud, jf. udbudslovens §§ 58-60, vedrører opførelsen af ny Daginstitution Gyngetræet i Travbyen Billund i hovedentreprise. Byggesagen indeholder opførelse af ny daginstitution i en og to etager, med tilhørende produktionskøkken. Opgaven rummer i alt ca. 2460 m2 byggeri, ca. 1500 m2 fodaftryk. Opgaven indeholder tillige byggemodning og anlæg af udearealer herunder anlæg af P-plads, tilkørselsvej, cykelskure og legepladsindretning. Opgaven rummer i alt ca. 150 m2 udbygninger på terræn.
