Es handelt sich um eine 2-Feld-Sporthalle, sowie eine Turnhalle. Ergänzend werden Umkleiden, Foyer mit Zuschauergalerie, sowie Garagen- und Technikräume vorgesehen. Die Sporthalle wird tagsüber für Schulsport und abends und am Wochenende für Vereinssport genutzt. Die Turnhalle wird dauerhaft mit Turngeräten bestückt sein und erhält eine Sprunggrube. Sie wird vorwiegend vom Turnverein genutzt. Im Wesentlichen sind in diesem Leistungspaket folgende Maßnahmen / Gewerkeleistungen vorgesehen: - Erdarbeiten - Entwässerungsarbeiten - Betonarbeiten, tlw. Sichtbeton - Einlegearbeiten
