De leasemaatschappij is verantwoordelijk voor het operationele en tactische beheer van het wagenpark van ODGM. Onder operationeel beheer vallen alle dagelijkse activiteiten rondom het wagenpark, waaronder het bestellen, autoriseren, turn-key leveren en onderhouden van personen leasevoertuigen tot en met de inname aan het einde van het contract. Op tactisch niveau wordt verwacht dat de leasemaatschappij ODGM ondersteunt met rapportages. Daarnaast is de leasemaatschappij belast met het selecteren, aansturen en controleren van leveranciers voor inbouw van ritregistratiesystemen en belettering als onderdeel van het Turn-key proces. 60 personenvoertuigen maximaal
