Planung, Lieferung und Herrichtung von 2 modularen Betriebsständen Die angeforderte Leistungserbringung wird als Generalunternehmer (GU) ausgeführt werden, und umfasst im wesentlichen folgende Leistungen. - Erstellung und Lieferung der Detailplanungen (Leistungsphasen 01 - 05 gemäß § 34 HOAI 2021 für KG 300, KG 400; BIM basiert) - Erstellung eines Logistikkonzeptes zur Anlieferung und Herrichtung der Module - Herrichtung und Inbetriebnahme der Module inkl. Schnittstelle zu bauseitiger Elektrotechnikunternehmen zur Ansteuerung der Schleuse und der entsprechenden Elemente und Auftragnehmer (AN) seitiger Stellung von Bauleitern - BIM basierte Revision und Dokumentation
