Riigihanke esemeks on kohanemisprogrammi baasmooduli, töötamise, ettevõtluse, õppimise, teaduse ja perekonna teemamoodulite koolituste läbiviimine kuni 3000 (kolme tuhandele) koolitatavale riigihanke alusdokumentides esitatud tingimustel ja korras. Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitava hankelepinguga määratletud koolitustegevused peavad olema teostatud ajavahemikul juuni 2024 kuni juuni 2026 või kuni hankelepingu rahalise kogumahu täitumiseni sõltuvalt sellest kumb tingimus saabub varem.
