Προσομοιωτής δικτύων Ποσότητα: Ένα (1) τεμάχιο. CPV: 34150000-3 Πρόκειται για ένα σύστημα τελευταίας τεχνολογίας συνοδευόμενο από software κατάλληλο για προσομοίωση ενεργειακών ηλεκτρολογικών συστημάτων. Να είναι μία ανοιχτή, ευέλικτη και επεκτάσιμη αρχιτεκτονική με επεξεργασία υψηλής ταχύτητας που επιτρέπει να εκτελούνται ταχύτερες, πιο ρεαλιστικές δοκιμές που να ανταποκρίνονται στις ταχέως εξελισσόμενες απαιτήσεις του ενεργειακού τομέα. Ο ανωτέρω εξοπλισμός θα πρέπει να πληρεί κατ’ ελάχιστο τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στο Παράρτημα I της Διακήρυξης.
