Med nærværende udbudsbekendtgørelse opfordres interesserede til at anmode om deltagelse i udbuddet. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Udbuddet gennemføres i henhold til proceduren udbud med forhandling, med forudgående prækvalifikation i overensstemmelse med reglerne i LBK nr. 10 af 6. januar 2023 (”Bekendtgørelse af udbudsloven”). Bygherre forbeholder sig ret til at tildele kontrakten på baggrund af tilbudsgivernes indledende tilbud og således ikke optage forhandling med tilbudsgiverne.
