Hankinnan kohteena on lentokoulutuksen opiskelijavalinnan testien järjestäminen ja hallinnointi. Optiona hankintaan voi tarjota hakujärjestelmää. Lisäksi optiona voi tarjota hakijoiden lääketieteellistä arviointia.Arvioitu hakijamäärä on 2000 hakijaa. Hakuprosessin kesto on korkeintaan 9 kuukautta hakuajan alkamisesta lopulliseen valintaan. Haku käynnistyy hakuajasta, jolloin hakijat tekevät hakemuksensa digitaaliseen järjestelmään. Hankinnan kohteeseen kululuvat hakuprosessin seuraavat vaiheet:Etäyhteyksillä toteutettu pääsykoe.Tietokoneella valvotusti järjestetty ensimmäinen psykologinen testivaihe.Tietokoneella ja siihen liitetyillä testilaitteilla järjestetty valvottu toinen testivaihe.Haastattelut.
