Bei der Leistung handelt es sich um die Errichtung eines neuen Verwaltungsgebäudes mit 4 Rohbauetagen ohne Keller auf einer Grundfläche von ca. 500m², sowie dazugehörigen Erdarbeiten für Fundamente und Klinkerfassade, bestehend aus: • Erdarbeiten in Form von Fundamentgräben und Leitungen ca.150m³ • Betonarbeiten für Fundamente/Etagendecken ca.1.300m² (Teilbereiche in Sichtbeton) / Fertigteiltreppen / Wandbereiche ca.250m² • Verblender Fassade mit Vollklinkern und Fertigteilbereichen ca. 1.000m² • Fassadenputzarbeiten ca. 60m²
