Objekti leasinga opisani su u tablicama tehničkih specifikacija koje su sastavni dio ove dokumentacije. Sukladno odredbama članka 51. stavka 2. Zakona o leasingu, u ovom postupku nabave Davatelj leasinga sudjeluje u izboru objekta leasinga i dobavljača tog objekta leasinga te sukladno tome nosi sva prava i obveze koje iz tog proizlaze.
