Describe additional equipment or methods required to place infill above water and/or above the proposed crest of the containment perimeter. Describe any concerns for drainage of the placement area. 5. At a minimum, address how existing soft material at the placement area will be contained when disturbed. 6. Will the proposed East Bay Placement Area construction methods require equipment to be located within the federal channel for extended periods of time acting as obstructions for vessel traffic, or obstruct Port Tampa Bay Berth 150? 7. For East Bay Placement Area, describe any temporal facilities, staging and laydown areas, and utilities that would be required or preferred in adjacent upland areas. 8. Dredging and placement of material will be conducted in a manner to minimize turbidity. Describe the turbidity control measures, such as turbidity curtains, that would be incorporated into the proposed construction methodology. If hydraulic placement of infill is proposed for the East Bay Placement Area, describe how affluent will be managed. 9. Based on prior dredging construction experience either in Tampa Bay or other locations in Florida, what are some of the challenges USACE could streamline to improve contract execution? 10.
