Description
The contract will deliver the Wakefield District Adult Population Health Survey, providing comprehensive data on the physical, mental, social and economic wellbeing of residents across the district. The survey addresses gaps in existing data by capturing insights into residents' health behaviours, perceptions, experiences and outcomes, particularly amongst groups that may have limited engagement with public services. The contract includes the design and delivery of the survey, pilot testing, fieldwork, data analysis and reporting. The resulting data and insights will support the Wakefield Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA), help identify health inequalities and emerging priorities, inform commissioning decisions, and enable health and care partners to target services and interventions more effectively to improve outcomes for residents across Wakefield District
