Description
Der Landkreis Kassel plant auf dem städtischen Grundstück in der Jahnstraße 11 im Kassler Stadtteil Unterneustadt den Neubau einer Zweifeldhalle mit ca. 2.000 m2. Das Bauwerk liegt im Hochwassergebiet der Fulda. Dies ist bei der Planung zu berücksichtigen. Nach Bezug der neuen Sporthalle wird die alte Halle abgerissen. Die Freiflächen um die Sporthalle werden nach den Umbaumaßnahmen angepasst. Erbracht werden soll eine Generalplanungsleistung für Objektplanung, Tragwerksplanung, Wärmeschutznachweis, TGA, Elektrotechnik, Fördertechnik, Schallschutz, Brandschutz, Freiraumplanung und SiGeKo-Leistung.
