Description

Fachplanungsleistungen für den vorbeugenden Brandschutz. Diese beziehen sich auf Teilleistungen der AHO Heft 17 (LPH 1-8), Regel- und besondere Leistungen, unter anderem: 1. Bestandsaufnahme, 2. Brandschutztechnische Bewertungen (Bestandsschutz), 3. Erstellen von Brandschutzkonzepten gemäß Grundleistungen der AHO Heft 17, die erforderlichen Leistungsphasen werden durch den Auftraggeber je nach Projekt festgelegt und ggf. gestaffelt beauftragt, 4. Fortschreiben und Ergänzen von Brandschutzkonzepten, 5. Erstellen, Fortschreiben und Ergänzen von brandschutztechnischen Stellungnahmen, 6. Kompensationsmanagement, 7. Erstellung und Anpassung von Flucht- und Rettungswegplänen, 8. Erstellung und Anpassung von Feuerwehrplänen, 9. Erstellen von Brandschutzmatrizen
