Description
Auf dem Gelände der Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH am Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen soll ein Neubau für eine Notarztwache/Rettungswache einschließlich Fahrzeuggarage (Stellplätze für einen Notarztwagen und einen Rettungswagen) und Bereitschaftsräumen entstehen. Die zur Durchführung dieser Baumaßnahmen erforderlichen TGA-Planungsleistungen, Anlagengruppen 410, 420, 430, 470, 480, Leistungsphasen 1-8, § 55 HOAI (Grundlagenermittlung, Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, Genehmigungsplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung der Vergabe, Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Objektüberwachung - Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation) sind Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens. Die Beauftragung der benötigten Planungsleistungen erfolgt gemäß HOAI.
