Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von neuen 49E1 R260 bzw. R350HT L120m Vignolschienen über 36 Monate mit zweimaliger optionaler Vertragsverlängerung von jeweils 12 Monaten. Die Anforderungen laut ÖBB Regelwerk TL07.09.01 müssen erfüllt sein. Die Lieferung erfolgt schienengebunden. Lieferorte sind entlang der Strecke der Badner Bahn. Eine Mindestabnahme ist vorgesehen.
