Auftraggeber (AG) ist der Freistaat Sachsen, vertreten durch den Staatsbetrieb Sächsische Informatik Dienste - Landesrechenzentrum Steuern (SID-LRZS). Dieses gehört zur Verwaltungsorganisation des Freistaates Sachsen im Geschäftsbereich des Sächsischen Staatsministeriums der Finanzen. Der SID-LRZS ist mit ca. 160 Mitarbeitenden der zentrale IT-Dienstleister für die sächsische Steuerverwaltung mit ca. 6.000 Nutzenden. Das SID-LRZS führt die Ausschreibung zur Lieferung von eines Hardwareasset-Managementtools , des-sen Pflege, Support und Implementierungsunterstützung sowie Schulungsleistungen für den On-Premises-Betrieb im SID-LRZS und der sächsischen Steuerverwaltung durch. Pflege und Support sollen für eine Laufzeit von 60 Monaten mit einer Verlängerungsoption von 24 Monaten beauftragt werden.
