Description
Kulturtanken og Riksteatret skal inngå en felles avtale om regelmessige renholdstjenester i lokalene på Gullhaug Torg 2B i Oslo. Avtalen omfatter renhold av ca. 6 230 m² fordelt på seks etasjer, samt opsjoner på hovedrengjøring og ekstraordinære renholdstjenester. Estimert årlig kontraktsverdi er mellom 1 og 1,1 MNOK ekskl. mva. Avtalen løper fra 1. februar 2027 i to år, med opsjon på forlengelse med ett år av gangen, maksimalt til 30. juni 2033. Samlet estimert kontraktsverdi inklusive opsjoner er mellom 6,5 og 7 MNOK ekskl. mva.
