Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка възлагана чрез динамична система за покупки (ДСП) е „доставка“ по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т.2 от ЗОП. Предметът на възлагане на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарствени продукти за нуждите на "Втора САГБАЛ - Шейново" ЕАД (Възложител), съгласно приложената техническа спецификация, с цел избор на доставчик за посочените номенклатури и сключване на договор за доставка при условията и по реда на Закона за обществените поръчки. ​​​​​​​
