Community Life Choices 2027

Description

The proposed Community Life Choices (CLC) Framework is intended to support adults aged 18 and over who are eligible for social care support following assessment under the Care Act 2014. The framework is expected to provide services that promote independence, wellbeing, community engagement and positive personal outcomes, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their local communities.

How to submit

Providers interested in bidding for a place on the framework must register on the Council's e-tender portal EastMidsTenders via this link: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/ Project reference - DN828107 Additionally providers should note that in order to submit bids and be considered for a place on the framework, they must be registered on the Central Digital Platform (CDP). Suppliers are encouraged to register on the CDP at the earliest opportunity.
