Description
The United States Marine Corps (USMC), through the Communication Directorate (CD), will support the 2026 ArmyNavy Week in New York City, New York, from December 7-13, 2026. ArmyNavy Week provides an opportunity for the Department of War (DoW) to engage with the American public, strengthen relationships with national and local stakeholders, and support communication, outreach, engagement, and ceremonial activities associated with the ArmyNavy Game. The U.S. Marine Corps will provide personnel and communication support in coordination with the Department of the Navy, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and other participating DoW organizations. Due to the number of Marines and Civilians supporting the event and the extended operational requirements associated with ArmyNavy Week, lodging accommodations and reliable Internet connectivity are required to support personnel accountability, mission execution, coordination, communication, and other mission-support activities. The selected lodging location shall support Marine Corps personnel operating throughout the New York City and New Jersey areas and shall provide reasonable accessibility to both ArmyNavy Week activities in New York City and the 2026 ArmyNavy Football Game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
