Description
Gemeente Voorst besteedt vanwege het aflopen van de huidige overeenkomst via een openbare Europese procedure nieuwe een SaaS-ICT-oplossing voor Burgerzaken aan. De opdracht omvat de levering, implementatie en het gebruik van een integrale SaaS-oplossing, inclusief conversie, koppelingen, technisch beheer, onderhoud en support. De gemeente sluit hiervoor één overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer, die gedurende de gehele looptijd als centraal aanspreekpunt fungeert. De overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van vijf jaar en kan vijfmaal met twee jaar worden verlengd, tot maximaal vijftien jaar. De beoogde ingangsdatum is uiterlijk 15 februari 2027. De gunning vindt plaats op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, waarbij prijs voor 20% en kwaliteit voor 80% meetelt.
