Description
Grundsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Universitätsgebäudes der Universität Rostock an der Parkstr. 6 mit drei Vollgeschossen und einer BGF von 7.895 qm. Für die Sanierungsarbeiten soll ein Fassadengerüst mit Aufzug errichtet werden. Die Gerüstbauarbeiten umfassen im Wesentlichen: - Arbeits- und Schutzgerüste für Fassade mit Dachfang LK 3 3.120 qm - Konsolausleger 0,36 m 520 m - Konsolausleger 0,73 m 1.050 m - Seitenschutz 600 m - Traufkonsole 220 m - Absetzpodeste Materiallagerung 150 qm - Last- und Personenaufzug bis 1.500 kg - Raumgerüst Hörsaal 1.089 qm
