Description
Het gaat om technisch beheer, onderhoud en beperkte doorontwikkeling van het Overdrachtsplatform van de Kiesraad. Ook extra ondersteuning rondom verkiezingen hoort erbij. Het Overdrachtsplatform bestaat uit twee bijna identieke maatwerkplatformen. Het ene is voor de uitwisseling van software en certificaten (uitwisseling.diginetwerk.net), het andere voor de uitwisseling van telbestanden (teluitslagen.diginetwerk.net). Het platform is een centrale technische voorziening in het proces van uitslagvaststelling (Kieswet, hoofdstuk Ea). Functioneel beheer, hosting en de eerstelijns helpdesk blijven bij de Kiesraad.
