The competition for the Human Capital Management (HCM) solution implementation was completed and the successful solution was based on the Oracle HCM platform. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Oracle retains the intellectual property rights and is the sole provider of the software subscription and associated licensing required for the continued operation of the implemented solution. Any renewal of the underlying software subscriptions is therefore required directly from Oracle, or through an authorised Oracle licensing channel, to ensure continuity of service, system support, security updates and vendor compliance.
