Description
Yorkshire Water Services Limited is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced marketing services providers to a framework agreement to support the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing and communications activity. The framework will support Yorkshire Water in delivering its strategic objectives, strengthening customer engagement and trust, raising awareness of key services and initiatives, promoting positive behaviours and supporting the organisation's wider business, environmental and public service priorities. The scope of the framework may include, but is not limited to, strategic marketing planning, brand development and management, creative strategy and campaign development, advertising, digital marketing, social media, content creation, customer engagement, audience insight and research, media planning and buying, campaign implementation, performance measurement and evaluation. Appointed suppliers may be required to provide services across a range of channels and audiences, developing effective, accessible and inclusive communications that respond to customer needs and deliver measurable outcomes. Activity may support customer awareness and understanding, water efficiency, environmental protection, operational communications, service improvements, reputation management and other corporate priorities. Yorkshire Water intends to establish a flexible framework arrangement through which services may be commissioned in response to changing business requirements. The framework may comprise one or more suppliers and/or lots, subject to the final procurement structure. Specific requirements, deliverables and performance expectations will be defined through individual call-off contracts or work packages. The appointed supplier(s) will be expected to demonstrate relevant expertise, creative capability, strategic insight, effective project and account management, value for money and a commitment to delivering high-quality, measurable and sustainable outcomes. Suppliers must also be able to work collaboratively with Yorkshire Water stakeholders and other appointed partners, ensuring consistency with the organisation's brand, values, regulatory obligations and customer commitments. The procurement aims to secure high-quality, innovative and cost-effective marketing services that provide flexibility, support continuous improvement and deliver demonstrable value for Yorkshire Water and the communities it serves.
