Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Tampereen urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 900 kilometriä, josta Ise 2-ajorataista noin 110 km, Ise 1-ajorataista noin 30 km, Is 2-ajorataista noin 5 km, Is 1-ajorataista noin 275 km, sorateitä noin 115 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 150 km. Urakassa kehitetään laadunhallintaa ja liukkaudentorjuntakemikaalien optimointia hyödyntämällä päätöksenteon tukijärjestelmää (MDSS). Urakka on vaativuudeltaan erittäin vaativa urakka.
