Lepingu esemeks on Siseministeeriumi valitsemisala privaatvõrkude fiks ja 4G andmesideteenused. Andmesideteenuste asukohad on keskselt andmekeskustes ja erinevates asukohtades üle Eesti. Privaatvõrke on kaks. Kokku on asukohti ca. 210, kus andmesideteenuseid ca. - fiks 240tk ja 4G 100tk. Andmesideteenused erinevates asukohtades võivad olla erinevatelt pakkujatelt vastavalt maksumusele jt. hindamiskriteeriumitele.
