Die Leistung beinhaltet im Einzelnen u.a. - Folgende Anlagentechnik ist zu automatisieren: o Eine Heizungsanlage mit Fernwärmeanschluss und vier Heizkreisen (2 × Heizkreise mit Fußbodenheizung und 2 × Heizkreise mit RLT-Geräten) o Diverse Störmeldungen und Kleinanlagen, wie z. B. Aufzug, PV, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung und Abluftventilatoren, u. v. m. o Vier RLT-Anlagen mit Kanalnetz inkl. BSK und Volumenstromreglern o Einzelraumregelung der Fußbodenheizung - Die Regelungsanlage ist wie folgt aufgegliedert: o Ein ASP im Heizungsraum o Jeweils ein Etagenverteiler im EG und im 1. OG Hort o Vier RLT-ASP in Leerfeldern der RLT-Geräte - Datenpunkte: o ca. 425 physische DP o ca. 415 gemeinsame DP
