Bakgrunn og formål A. PROSJEKTINFORMASJON A.1 Tilbudsinnbydelse Heim kommune innbyr herved til å gi tilbud på: Entreprise E1: Komplett leveranse og montering av prosessteknisk utstyr ved Sandbukta vannbehandlingsanlegg. Entreprise E1 er organisert som en totalentreprise og entreprenøren skal gi funksjons- og prosessgaranti for tilbudt anlegg. Dette dokument, med de bestemmelser, beskrivelsen og tegninger som det er henvist til, gir rammen for tilbudet og viser hvilke funksjons- og kvalitetskrav som må være tilfredsstilt. Tilbyder må selv sørge for nødvendig arbeidsgrunnlag herunder tegninger, beregninger, FDV dokumentasjon etc. Alle henvendelser angående tilbudet stilles via Hyyr. Det henvises til vedlagt Konkurransegrunnlag for ytterligere informasjon.
